Zmanim are computed for your location, with the shita you keep. Minyan times can follow shkia instead of the clock, so the sign on the wall is correct in Teves and in Tammuz.

Each household gets a private page: what they owe, what they have paid, and the kiddush calendar. They can sponsor a kiddush or fix their own address at eleven at night, which is when people actually do it.

The public site is built from the same information as the board. Your times, your minyanim and your announcements are on it because they are already in the system — so it is never eighteen months out of date with last year's Yom Tov schedule on the front.
No tiers, no per-seat count, and nothing held back for a bigger plan. A shul of forty households and a shul of six hundred pay the same, and both get all of it.
If a member pays you electronically through MyKehila, we take one percent of it. That is the only other thing we charge, and it is charged only when money actually moves.
Take a cheque, or cash in the office, and there is nothing to pay us on it.
Card and bank processing is Stripe's own charge at their published rates — roughly 2.9% + 30¢ on a card today, and less on a bank transfer. It goes to Stripe, not to us, and we never touch the money: it settles into the shul's own bank account.
